深圳市住房和建设局、深圳市规划和自然资源局近日印发《关于进一步规范城市更新项目管理有关事项的通知》，通知自2026年3月16日起施行，有效期5年。通知提出，优化保障性住房配建要求。已完成城市更新单元规划审批的城市更新项目按原规定执行保障性住房配建要求。未完成规划审批的城市更新项目，取消保障性住房奖励容积，原则上可不配建保障性住房。市相关主管部门、各区政府、前海管理局应通过新增建设、存量房屋盘活、多元收购等各种渠道统筹落实保障性住房建设筹集要求。《深圳市拆除重建类城市更新单元保障性住房配建规定》（深建规〔2025〕11号）中旧工业区改保障性住房项目不适用此条款。
